The Securities and Corporate Finance Group regularly acts for issuers, large and small, in a variety of industries and are leading advisors to domestic and U.S. dealers. The group has remained very active despite recent economic turmoil, attracting new clients and remaining at the forefront of the Calgary market through its role in many of the major M&A transactions involving Calgary issuers in the past year. The rapidly growing group is seeking to add 2-3 lawyers with 2 to 5 years of top-tier public company securities law experience.
