Nikki is an Associate in the Business and Energy Groups where she assists clients in both corporate- and oil- and gas-related matters. She has experience representing both large and small oil and gas companies in mergers and acquisitions, including conducting due diligence reviews and drafting purchase and sale agreements and related corporate documents. She also assists clients in general corporate/commercial matters such as the incorporation of companies, financing of companies, and reorganization matters.

Nikki summered at Blakes in 2006 and joined Blakes as an articling student in 2007. She obtained her law degree from the University of Calgary where she was a member of Student Legal Assistance and the executive of the Society of Law Students. Nikki also received various scholarships for academic excellence and contributing to the life of the law school, including the Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP Prize.

Nikki is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Calgary Bar Association.
