About Morgan

Morgan practices in the area of corporate and commercial law. She assists clients with a broad range of business law matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, private equity transactions and corporate governance. She acts for Canadian and international clients operating in a wide range of industries including technology, retail, energy and life sciences.

Morgan articled in the Blakes Vancouver office and was called to the Bar in British Columbia. Prior to joining Blakes, Morgan worked in the entity management department of a global legal, fiduciary and fund services company.
