About Julia
Julia's practice covers a range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, investments, commercial transactions, and the development of major power and infrastructure projects.
In 2023, Julia completed a secondment at a leading North American energy generator, where she was engaged in a variety of regulatory and commercial matters.
Prior to practising law, Julia obtained a PhD in inorganic chemistry at the University of Toronto and co-founded a health and fitness studio.
Julia joined Blakes as a summer student in 2021 and completed her articles with the Firm in 2023/2024.
