About Philippe

Philippe specializes in civil and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on matters pertaining to real estate, insurance, bankruptcy, insolvency, construction, and professional liability. He also advises clients on competition issues and internal investigations, as well as investigations led by government agencies and self-regulatory organizations.

Philippe actively represents clients, whether as plaintiffs or defendants, before all levels of Quebec courts. He represents Canadian and foreign clients and financial institutions, as well as local and multinational businesses.

In his restructuring and insolvency practice, Philippe acts for debtors and monitors in major reorganizations and bankruptcy proceedings under the Companies Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.

Philippe speaks English and French fluently and has an intermediate knowledge of Spanish.
