Robin is a former co-chair of the executive of the Class Action Section of the Canadian Bar Association British Columbia Branch. She regularly writes and speaks on topics related to class actions and product liability.

She previously served on the board of directors of the Women's Legal Education and Action Fund (LEAF) and continues to provide advice and act as litigation counsel to LEAF.
