Together, they bring nearly 40 years of legal experience to the Firm.
Jessica is a leading pensions lawyer who specializes in employee compensation matters. She advises clients on the establishment, approval, administration, governance, disclosure and termination of employee plans, including pensions, non-pension employee benefits and equity compensation. Jessica began her legal career at Blakes and has practised at other national law firms in Canada.

Reena is a leading energy and litigation lawyer with deep experience in electricity markets, regulation and compliance. She also represents clients before energy tribunals and all levels of courts in Ontario. Before joining Blakes, Reena practised energy regulation and litigation at another large firm in Canada and held various roles with Ontario’s Independent Electricity System Operator, including as senior advisor to the CEO.
