Based in our Calgary office, David has devoted 30 years to representing clients in corporate-commercial litigation matters. His litigation practice spans construction, securities, insurance, environmental, and energy law. David also maintains a considerable advisory practice regarding environmental issues, property and liability policies, and reinsurance losses.
David’s involvement in the local legal community includes serving as an elected bencher of the Law Society of Alberta since February 2024 and a board member of The Advocates’ Society.
