Based in our Toronto office, Gordon leads the Firm’s distinguished Class Actions group. He is an award-winning litigator who has invested more than 30 years defending class-action lawsuits and serious product liability claims. He has successfully represented many clients in class actions, including in the first medical products class -action trial that was tried to verdict in Canada.
Gordon has also devoted his time and talent to improving the civil justice system as a member of bench and bar committees and other professional organizations.
