The session will include a cross-country review of some of the most significant cases from the past year and an analysis of the impact those decisions may have. We will also review the implications of recent changes to the Competition Act that provide new private rights to bring an application to the Competition Tribunal, including amendments that specifically facilitate “greenwashing” claims.
