About François

François' practice focuses on all areas of corporate income tax law, including mergers & acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, financing and restructuring. He has significant experience with tax aspects of domestic and cross-border investment structures, notably with respect to private equity and venture capital investments. He also represents clients in tax disputes with Canadian tax authorities.

François has extensive experience in estate planning. He is also a Chartered Professional Accountant.

François is fluent in English and French.
