Aaron's practice focuses on financial services in the areas of banking and commercial lending transactions, including debt financing, acquisition finance, project finance and related transactional work.
Aaron regularly acts on behalf of both financial institutions and corporations in a variety of banking transactions, including working for Canadian banks on numerous large, mid-market and smaller syndicated and non-syndicated credit facilities ranging from C$7.5-million to more than C$1-billion.
He also assists clients with general corporate and commercial matters.
