About Adam
Adam's practice focuses on corporate commercial law. He assists clients with a variety of business law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity transactions and corporate reorganizations and restructurings.
Adam joined Blakes as a summer student in 2022 and completed his articles with the Firm in 2024. For his summer with Blakes, Adam joined the legal team at one of Canada's largest privately owned asset management firms for a secondment.
During his studies, Adam volunteered with the Legal Education Outreach (LEO) and Artists' Legal Outreach programs. Adam also participated in Allard's Centre for Business Law's Corporate Counsel Externship program, in which he worked alongside the in-house legal team of a large Western Canadian retailer for a semester. Prior to law school, Adam worked as an investigator with the BC Employment Standards Branch.
