Alessandra practises corporate and securities law. She advises both public and private companies, as well as financial institutions, on a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, private equity transactions and corporate reorganizations. Carbon Engineering Ltd., a climate solutions company focused on the development of direct air capture technology, on its acquisition by Oxy Low Carbon Ventures, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Occidental Petroleum Corporation
