Andrew's practice focuses on banking, financial services, asset-based finance, debt finance & lending and project finance. He regularly acts on secured and unsecured debt syndications, acquisitions financings, subscription-based credit facilities, note and bond deals, subordinated debt arrangements, and intercreditor arrangements. He also has experience in corporate and commercial acquisitions and regularly advises on cross-border financings.

Andrew has experience in financing transactions across a wide range of industries and sectors, including energy, financial services, oil and gas, construction and agriculture.

Andrew also regularly acts as agent counsel to international law firms in providing Canadian advice on various financing transactions.

Canadian counsel to the lenders financing the Vantage Pipeline project
Canadian counsel to the lenders financing the Winsway/Marubeni acquisition of Grande Cache Coal
Lenders in the financing of Stuart Olson Inc.'s acquisition of Seacliff Construction Corp.
Numerous large, mid-market and smaller syndicated and non-syndicated credit facilities led by Canadian banks ranging in size from C$5-million to C$1-billion
