Anthony's practice covers various aspects of civil and commercial law, with a particular focus on commercial litigation, class actions and product liability.
Anthony represents clients, either as plaintiffs or defendants, in regular civil proceedings as well as with respect to various extraordinary proceedings, such as injunctions and seizures before judgment. He advises Canadian and foreign clients, including manufacturers, financial institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and local businesses.
Anthony advises clients on regulatory and criminal matters in the course of investigations led by government authorities. He also provides advice on conducting internal investigations. He defends clients involved in enforcement proceedings brought by government authorities and self-regulatory organizations, including public prosecutors and securities regulators.
Anthony is fluent in English and French, with a working knowledge of Spanish.
