About Anthony

Anthony's practice focuses primarily on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, fund formation and investments, and commercial law matters. He has participated in a range of transactions in various sectors, including energy, mining, manufacturing, service, insurance and transportation.

As part of his practice, Anthony advises institutional, private equity and venture capital clients at each stage of the investment cycle, including fund formation, fund financing, acquisitions and investments, management of portfolio companies, and divestitures.

Anthony is fluent in English and French.
