About Antoine
Antoine's practice focuses primarily on private and public corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions, as well as fund formation and general corporate and commercial matters. Antoine also advises clients in the negotiation of commercial agreements.
Antoine takes part in several aspects of managing a merger and acquisition process, from due diligence to transaction closing, including drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and other transaction documents.
Antoine has participated in a range of transactions in various sectors, including life sciences, mining, manufacturing, telecommunications and service.
Antoine was seconded to the legal department of a wealth management affiliate of a leading Canadian bank.
As a law student, Antoine was also seconded to a leading Canadian independent power producer operating in the areas of wind and solar power.
Before practising law, Antoine studied life sciences for over seven years, including four years of research in fundamental molecular immunology.
He is fluent in English and French.
