About Ashley
Ashley is a Corporate Law Clerk who assists lawyers in the Firm with various corporate transactions, including mergers/acquisitions and reorganizations, routine incorporations, amalgamation continuances and amendments.
Her experience in corporate transactions includes due diligence review of corporate records, preparation of working agendas and checklists, assisting at closings, and preparing authorizing resolutions and other related corporate documents. Ashley also assists with incorporations and the annual corporate maintenance of non-profit corporations.
