About Paulina

Paulina's practice covers a broad range of financing transactions, including project financing in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors, as well as acquisition and corporate financing. She advises agents, lenders and borrowers and has been involved in bank and project financings in Canada, Europe and Africa.

Paulina is fluent in English, French and Polish. She also has an advanced level of Spanish.

  • A syndicate of lenders in connection with the acquisition of a portfolio of wind and hydroelectric projects in Ontario and Nova Scotia

  • A syndicate of lenders in connection with the financing of four wind farm projects totalling 480 MW in Quebec

  • A syndicate of lenders in connection with the financing of a 224.25 MW wind farm project in Quebec

  • A syndicate of lenders in connection with the financing of a 270 MW wind farm project in Ontario
