Barbara Wang is the Manager, Student Programs & EDI for the Firm’s Vancouver office. Working with the Firm’s committees and the Director, Legal Personnel & Professional Development, Barbara oversees the recruitment and professional development of the Firm’s students. She is also responsible for leading and advancing the Firm’s EDI strategies and initiatives for the Vancouver Office.

Prior to joining Blakes, Barbara practised business law at a national firm. She also worked as a manager in the student affairs office at a British Columbia law school, with a focus on student development, experiential learning and EDI initiatives to enhance student experience.
