About Christina
Christina has been a Corporate Transactions Law Clerk for more than 25 years. She assists with corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, corporate arrangements, routine incorporations, amalgamations, continuances, and amendments.
Christina’s experience extends to reviewing corporate records for due diligence, preparing working agendas and checklists, assisting at closings, and preparing authorizing resolutions and other related corporate documents. She also assists with managing and coordinating due diligence materials for transactions using the Firm's virtual deal-room software.
Additionally, Christina has assisted with several transactions relating to alcohol and gaming matters, such as liquor licence applications, renewals and transfers, through the Alcohol and Gaming Commission.
