About Claire-Hélène

As both a lawyer and a translator, Claire-Hélène revises legal, financial and administrative documents that have been translated from English to French. Her areas of practice include linguistics applied more specifically to corporate and commercial, securities and civil law. She also participates in the coordination of the work done by translators, lawyers, auditors and printers.

Professional Activities

Claire-Hélène has been a class lecturer with Université de Montréal, McGill University and the Canadian Institute for the Administration of Justice. She has been a replacement professor and an assistant professor with the University of Ottawa, where she taught legal and paralegal translation. She also participated as a co-ordinator in the creation of the master in legal translation.
