About Claudia
Claudia’s practice covers several aspects of corporate and commercial law, including public and private mergers and acquisitions and general corporate governance matters. She is involved in various stages of transactions, from due diligence to closing, including drafting and reviewing agreements and related documents in commercial transactions.
As part of her corporate governance practice, she advises clients on their governance policies and practices and on environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues.
Claudia previously worked for the legal department of a Quebec-based airline and tour operator.
Claudia is fluent in English, French and Romanian.
