About Andrea

Andrea's practice focuses on advising clients on a diverse range of transactional, corporate and commercial matters. She has assisted clients on a range of matters and transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, financings, corporate reorganizations, share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, project development, joint ventures and operational and services agreements.

Andrea has experience working in a wide range of industries, including power and renewables, upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas, technology, bio-technology and retail.

Andrea spent three months working in the legal group at a leading Canadian energy infrastructure company as part of a secondment.

Suncor Energy Inc. on its C$1.468-billion acquisition of TotalEnergies EP Canada Ltd., which holds a 31.23% working interest in the Fort Hills oil sands mining project
Suncor Energy Inc. on its C$688-million acquisition of an additional 14.65% working interest in the Fort Hills Project from Teck Resources Limited
Coastal GasLink Pipeline Limited Partnership in its negotiation of revised agreements with LNG Canada to allow for the continued execution of the approximately C$11.2-billion pipeline project
Pembina Pipeline Corporation in connection with its approximately C$11.4-billion joint venture with KKR & Co. Inc. to merge their western Canadian natural gas processing assets
