Daniela is a Summer Articling Student who is currently pursuing her JD at the University of Victoria Faculty of Law.

During her second-year studies, Daniela helped lead the UVic Access to Justice Club, while volunteering with the Law Students Society as the articling representative. At UVic, she serves as an Amicus peer tutor where she provides academic support to first-year law students.

Prior to law school, Daniela earned an honours bachelor of arts degree in criminology and criminal justice with a minor in political sciences from the University of the Fraser Valley. Additionally, she worked at a boutique law firm as a legal assistant.
