Deborah has assisted with matters before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and arbitral tribunals.

Prior to joining Blakes, Deborah clerked for several justices at the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

  • an arbitration counsel team for an owner defending an International Chamber of Commerce arbitration claim regarding construction of energy infrastructure

  • a litigation counsel team for a company challenging government conduct

  • a class action counsel team defending a national class proceeding with respect to medical devices
