Devon practices corporate and commercial law, with a focus on asset acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, operational and services agreements, and mergers and acquisitions.
She has experience advising clients on the analysis of corporate agreements, conducting corporate due diligence and research, and drafting corporate agreements and constating documents.
As an articling student, Devon spent three months working in the legal group at a leading North American energy company as part of a secondment.
