About Diane

Diane practices intellectual property law, with a focus on patent and trademark litigation.

She frequently assists clients with all aspects and stages of their intellectual property disputes, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights, and has expertise in proceedings before the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal. Diane provides strategic advice to clients on the protection of their intellectual property and drafts agreements related to the development, licensing, and transfer of their intellectual property assets. Diane also assists with all aspects of regulatory and compliance matters, including issues related to pharmaceuticals, biologics, medical devices, and healthcare.

Before joining Blakes, Diane was an intellectual property associate and completed her articles at a global law firm.

Professional Activities

Diane is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Toronto Intellectual Property Group, the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada and the Korean Canadian Lawyers' Association.
