About Dirk

Dirk advises on corporate tax matters with a focus on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, financings and reorganizations involving both public and private corporations. In addition to corporate tax matters, he also advises on real estate related tax matters such as property transfer tax, speculation and vacancy tax, and underused housing tax.

Dirk also advises charities and not-for-profit organizations on registration, compliance and transactional matters.
