About Eline

Eline is a versatile technology lawyer whose work ranges from commercial and corporate work to intellectual property and cybersecurity.

With a particular interest in intellectual property, she was previously employed as a Canadian trademark examiner and continues to advise clients on trademark matters.

Eline also has knowledge of personality rights and the protection of personal data, practising in the areas of information technology, electronic commerce and cybersecurity. She handles domain name squatting, online impersonation issues and domain name arbitration. She is also involved in reviewing and drafting both public and internal contractual agreements, licensing agreements and policy documents.

On the corporate transaction side, Eline helps perform diligence and draft documents as they pertain to intellectual property, cybersecurity, privacy and data protection, information technology, and anti-spam legislation.

Eline is fluent in French and English.

Professional Activities

Eline is a member of the Canadian branch of the International Literary and Artistic Association (ALAI Canada).
