About Émilie

Émilie’s practice covers all areas of employment and labour law. She advises employers on executive compensation, human resource management, employment contracts, and the negotiation and enforcement of collective agreements, as well as the application of the Charter of the French Language.

Émilie also provides guidance on how to address issues related to working conditions, occupational health and safety, workplace injuries and labour standards.

Émilie represents employers who are the subject of investigations undertaken by, or requests made to, various administrative authorities. She also advises and defends employers in connection with litigation and settlement negotiations before judicial and quasi-judicial bodies in Quebec and Canada. In addition, she counsels and assists employers facing workplace investigations.

Émilie is frequently called upon to advise businesses at all stages of their domestic and international business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and arrangements, as well as financing, infrastructure and restructuring projects. In this context, she plays an active role in commercial negotiations and advises clients on the various employment and labour aspects of these transactions.

Émilie is fluent in English and French.
