Evan practises all aspects of domestic and international tax law issues, including M&A, investment products, financing, corporate reorganizations, private equity, venture capital and capital markets. His clients include issuers and underwriters in connection with various equity and debt offerings, and fund sponsors and asset managers regarding private equity, energy, real estate and other investments. Evan regularly advises REITs and other real estate investment vehicles.
