About Grace
Grace’s practice covers a range of financing transactions, including project, acquisition, corporate and asset-based financings. She advises and represents both domestic and international lenders and borrowers.
Before joining Blakes, Grace worked in the pension administration and personal financial services sectors.
Grace is fluent in both English and French.
