About Harry
Harry is on secondment from an international law firm based in London. He works with both public and private companies, as well as financial institutions, on a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public takeovers, public and private financings and corporate reorganizations.
Harry has also spent time seconded to the general counsel's office of a global payment services provider in London.
