Jake advises clients across various industry sectors on a wide range of technology transactions and complex commercial arrangements, including system procurement and implementation, outsourcing, SaaS, technology development and licensing, and strategic partnerships.

Jake also has extensive experience counselling clients on the technology-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including conducting due diligence and negotiating transition services agreements.

Before joining Blakes, Jake was an associate in the technology groups at two preeminent global law firms in Chicago, Illinois.
