About Jennine

Jennine has a general commercial litigation practice, with particular experience in construction law, commercial arbitration, and administrative and regulatory law. She has appeared as counsel before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, administrative boards, tribunals and the International Chamber of Commerce.

Before joining Blakes, Jennine practised at another leading national firm. She also clerked at the Federal Court. Prior to her career in law, she worked in communications at NATO, Global Affairs Canada and a digital media agency.

Jennine is fluent in French and Spanish.

Awards & Recognition

Jennine was awarded the Edmond Blanchard Award as Clerk of the Year during her time at the Federal Court.

Professional Activities

Jennine is vice-president internal of the Federation of Asian-Canadian Lawyers, BC Branch (FACL BC), and has formerly chaired its Mentorship Committee. She is also a board director of Gateway Theatre and a member of The Advocates' Society.
