About Jess

Jessica has almost 20 years of experience practising pensions, benefits and executive compensation law in both transactional and non-transactional contexts. She specializes in employee compensation matters, including pensions, non-pension employee benefits, and equity compensation (Employee Plans).

Her clients include public and non-public companies, compensation and audit committees, pension funds, governmental entities, private equity funds, hedge funds, venture capital funds, and special committees.

Jessica advises on all matters relating to the establishment, approval, administration, governance, disclosure and termination of Employee Plans. She frequently acts as lead Employee Plan counsel on commercial transactions, co-ventures, shareholder activist campaigns, bankruptcy proceedings and complex litigation matters.
