Jordan advises employers on all aspects of employment law, including wrongful dismissal, employment standards, human rights and accommodation, occupational health and safety, and workplace violence and harrassment. He regularly represents clients in employment-related litigation matters, and prepares a wide variety of employment, consulting and related contracts, termination agreements, and workplace policies and procedures. Jordan also advises on the employment and labour aspects of complex corporate transactions, including the drafting and negotiation of purchase agreements, executive employment and restrictive covenant agreements, and post-closing integration issues.
