About Jules

Jules’s practice includes insolvency litigation, complex commercial reorganizations, financial restructurings, and general insolvency advice in mergers and acquisitions. He has represented debtors, monitors, receivers, secured creditors, debtor-in-possession lenders, suppliers, lessors, unions and pension plans in both formal insolvency proceedings and out-of-court restructurings. His expertise includes pension and employee benefits issues that arise in commercial insolvencies and reorganizations.
