About Karam

Karam's practice focuses on advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, venture finance and capital markets transactions. He also advises clients on corporate governance and securities regulatory matters, including the continuous disclosure obligations of public issuers.

Karam joined Blakes as a second-year summer student and subsequently articled with the Firm.
