About Karen

Karen is the Manager of the Corporate Services Department and has over 20 years of experience. In addition to her expertise in all areas of corporate proceedings and ongoing corporate maintenance matters, she has assisted on many corporate acquisitions, amalgamations and reorganizations.

Karen is regularly involved in conducting corporate due diligence in insurance, corporate and securities law. She works directly with business executives and corporate law departments to maintain corporate records and coordinate compliance filings for a large number of Canadian corporations in the financial services, construction and equipment industries. She is also involved in training and mentoring junior law clerks.

Professional Activities

Karen is a member of the International Paralegal Management Association and a past member of the Alberta Association of Legal Assistants. She has attended numerous continuing legal education seminars through the Osgoode Hall Law School professional development program.
