  • Leading multinational pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers and distributors in the defence of individual product liability actions involving surgical devices and hospital equipment, ankle replacement parts, and breast implants

  • A leading cannabis company in a class action alleging negligence and failure to warn

  • A North American vehicle manufacturer in class actions alleging negligent design, testing and manufacture, and breaches of consumer protection laws

  • A gaming facility and public-sector entity in successfully opposing the plaintiffs' motion for certification in a privacy class action arising out of a cyber-attack

  • A multinational hotel franchise in a class action involving allegations of deceptive trade practices
