About Linda

Linda's practice covers various aspects of technology law. She frequently advises clients on regulatory compliance issues in a wide range of areas including life sciences, health, privacy, biometrics, consumer protection, and food and beverage.

Linda also maintains a corporate and commercial practice which focusses on intellectual property (IP), information technology, privacy and anti-spam matters. Notably, she assists with due diligence, drafting IP-centred contracts, and revising transactional agreements.

Before joining Blakes, Linda clerked at the Federal Court of Appeal to a judge specializing in intellectual property.

Linda is fluent in English and French.
