About Caitlin

Caitlin regularly acts on complex mandates involving insolvency litigation, financial restructurings and debt enforcement, in addition to providing more general insolvency advice. She focuses on cross-border insolvencies and acts for debtors, creditors, monitors, receivers and DIP lenders in some of Canada's most significant insolvency files. Caitlin developed her specialized expertise in cross-border restructurings through regularly advising clients on complex financial restructurings, insolvency litigation and debt enforcement matters in multi-jurisdictional mandates which demand practical, results-driven solutions.

Whether working on formal insolvency proceedings or out-of-court restructurings, Caitlin offers a creative, client-focused approach, drawing on her extensive experience in high-stakes international restructurings.
