About Maitree

Maitree's practice focuses on advising clients on a variety of capital markets transactions, including financings, public offerings and private placements of securities, as well as mergers and acquisitions. She also advises clients on corporate governance and securities regulatory matters, including the continuous disclosure obligations of public issuers.

Maitree joined Blakes as a second year summer student in 2021 and completed her articles with the Firm in 2022/2023.
