Micah advises Canadian and multinational clients on all aspects of competition law, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, unilateral conduct and commercial practices, criminal and civil investigations, and ongoing compliance. He also advises clients on all aspects of Canada’s foreign direct investment regime, including in respect of acquisitions of control of Canadian businesses and Canada’s national security review regime.
Micah advises clients in a wide range of sectors, including technology, media, advertising, telecommunications, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, medical products, manufacturing, chemicals, transportation and consumer goods.
Micah has also been an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, where he taught regulation of competition for seven years.
