About Michael

Michael's practice focuses primarily on private and public corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate and commercial matters. He also advises clients in the negotiation of commercial agreements. Michael takes part in several aspects of managing a merger and acquisition process, from due diligence to transaction closing, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents.

Michael was seconded to the legal department of Canada's largest communications company to assist with mergers and acquisitions.

In the summer of 2020, Michael was seconded as a law student to the legal department of a construction industry leader and one of the five largest general contractors in Canada, where he worked on infrastructure matters.

Michael is fluent in English and French.
