About Michael
Michael's practice covers various aspects of corporate and commercial law, including transactions, public and private mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure projects, and general corporate matters. He is involved in various stages of transactions, from due diligence to closing, including drafting and reviewing agreements relating to commercial transactions and respective documents.
In the summer of 2020, Michael was seconded as a law student to the legal department of a construction industry leader and one of the five largest general contractors in Canada, where he worked on infrastructure matters.
Michael is fluent in both English and French.
