About Naomi
Naomi’s practice focuses on advising employers on all aspects of employment and labour law, including the hiring and termination of employees, compliance with labour standards, Quebec’s Charter of the French Language, and disciplinary measures. In addition, Naomi advises employers on developing and implementing various policies, including those related to psychological harassment, human rights, occupational health and safety, and labour standards.
Naomi also assists with due diligence on commercial transactions.
She is fluent in English and French.
