Nathan maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation practice. He has experience with complex commercial matters involving environmental law, Indigenous law, tort and contract disputes, and class actions. He has assisted on matters before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Court of Appeal of Yukon, and the Federal Court of Canada.

Nathan joined Blakes as a summer student in 2022 and completed his articles with the Firm in 2024. He recently received his juris doctor from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University.

Prior to law school, Nathan earned a bachelor of science from the University of Victoria, having completed a double-major in psychology and sociology.
